School Forensic Science Event Reviews

Darrick Wood School – Kent

What an amazing event – best day I’ve ever attended. It was supremely well planned, resourced and delivered. The science was outside of what pupils would normally get to do and was very well explained and pushed our most able. Excellent resources – equipment was easy to use but stretching and would not be available to pupils – some only at A-level – so a great opportunity for them. The presenter was amazing – great delivery and excellent with pupils – the pace was just right. Natalie Love – Science Teacher

Fantastic day, well planned and executed. I have never seen these pupils so engaged. It was perfect for reawakening some of our G&T students who needed inspiring. It allowed them to use a very good range of new resources and materials. The presenter was absolutely excellent, engaged all pupils fully at all time.   Katharine Thompson- G&T Co-ordinator

Hatch End High School – London

This has proven to be such a success with pupils and their learning of the unit was brilliant thanks to the course.   Bhavini Lad – Head of BTEC Science

The content was rich in detail and quality, the pace was fast enough to avoid distraction but slow enough to go through everything thoroughly. Everything was relevant and extremely well organised, definitely value for money. The resources were fantastic, a great privilege for our students to have access, all were relevant and there was a wide enough range of the resources. The presenter was incredible, extremely patient and positive, enthusiastic and motivating. Subject knowledge was vast and executed presentation perfectly.   Miss Varshita Shal – Teaching Assistant

The students loved it, not sure if I have ever seen them so engaged in their work. Excellent all round. Great pace, enthusiasm and charisma. The best science class I’ve seen, hands down.   Sam Tucker – Teaching Assistant
